Super Saiyan sightings
To "go Super Saiyan" is to transform into a new state that alters the user's hair and physique while granting them more power—including celebrity star power.
There are several Super Saiyan forms, each with varying power increases. Transformations are triggered when a powerful celebrity reaches a certain level of determination.
exhibit a: Kylie Jenner
transformation: Super Saiyan Blue
Following the success of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kendall and Kylie Jenner were next in line for stardom. While Kendall pursued a promising modeling career and covered magazines, Kylie remained the estranged child—until she transformed into Super Saiyan Blue. The largest jump in power levels the world has ever seen, she went from 8m followers to 75m, usurping her sister's 65m. That's over 9 million.
exhibit b: Rihanna
trigger: Chris Brown
transformation: Super Saiyan God
In 2009, Rihanna debuted Rated: R to a lukewarm audience. A year later she turned up the heat and transformed into Super Saiyan Red, releasing Loud—going from Teen Choice R&B Award nomination to Album of the Year Grammy Award.
exhibit c: LeBron James
transformation: Super Saiyan 3
When LeBron James televised his decision to leave Cleveland for Miami, the world made him out to be the villain. While he won two championships in Miami, there was still a void left inside him that could only be filled in Cleveland.
Four years later, LeBron told the world "I'm Coming Home" while sporting a new look: Super Saiyan 3. Through the sheer willpower of Super Saiyan 3, LeBron was able to grow out his hair—while also bringing a championship title to the city of Cleveland.
